The next section of photos are from MP 16 to MP 21 in South Nags Head:
I do want to thank those that helped me and my family make it through what seemed "hard times" to us but compared to others was not so hard times...
We were here, no warm food, no power no cable! no phone, no CELL PHONE!!! ...
I am just thankful all I lost was a fish and my Banana tree,,,
I was sitting here during the storm.......;.could feel the wind grab the house and hold it.......;let go of it for a while... then actually feel it grab it again....;hold it and let go.....and so on; I actually had waves in my toilet water..
the next morning the sun was bright and the sky was that dark Caroline blue....my "Norman Rockwell" neighborhood where we all gather in the streets in the mornings to say "morn'n" to each other all felt the same way, that we are all lucky to even be here....
